It was early. Tai-Sa Masahiro Izumi and his lance was in the middle of a regular scout job in a forgotten area in Narita VI when their sensors got far away tremors, is it a mistake in the sensors... Or are there enemies on the vecinity?
El Locust, al ver caer el WHK también se volvió para ayudar al KGC con el LBK. EL piloto del Linebacker vió su final próximo, su mech se calentaba debido al armamento del KGC y tenía tres oponentes delante, así que en su último suspiro trató de acabar con el KGC pero por desgracia no le dió tiempo.
Miraron una última vez la dirección del rastro y pusieron los sensores en pasivo. Cuando se acercaron a un complejo abandonado lo notaron: el suelo retemblaba al ritmo del caminar de un mech, enemigos.
They looked a last time the direction of the blip and went passive sensors. When they got near the abandoned complex they felt it: the unmistacable sound of a mech walking, enemies.
Los encontraron, cuatro mechs del Clan Ghost Bear, les falta uno ¿quizá estaban volviendo a la base tras perder un mech? Masahiro no iba dejar pasar la oportunidad; desde su KGC-009 mandó la orden: ¡a por esos Clanners!
They found them, four Clan Ghost Bear mechs, the miss one, maybe coming back from a losing fight? Masahiro wouldn't let the opportunity go, from his KGC-009 sent the order: kill the Clanners!
Se dividieron en dos: el Locust y King Crab a la izquierda del complejo gigante y el No-Dachi y Timber Wolf a la derecha. El KGC y LCT se encontraron con un Linebacker en su flanco, los otros dos se encontraron tres mechs, un Piranha, un Warhawk y un Belphegor.*
They divided the lance in two, the Locust and King Crab to the left of the giant complex and the No-Dachi and Timber Wolf to the right. The KGC and LCT found a Linebacker in their flank, the others found a Piranha, a Warhawk and a Belphegor.*
La lucha comenzó poco despues, el LCT tratando de esconderse en los edificios. El Linebacker avanzaba, seguro de ser suficiente para sus dos enemigos. Por el otro lado el PIR se encaro al Timber Wolf y los otros dos siguieron avanzando.
Fight started soon after, the LCT trying to get cover in the buildings, the Linebacker advancing, sure to kill his two targets. In the other side the PIR went for the Timber Wolf while his companions advanced.
Se intercambiaron unas cuantas andanadas, el PIR intentando coger por el lado al Timber Wolf y los otros dos hostigando al No-Dachi mientras este avanzaba para usar su Katana. El Tiber Wolf recibió un disparo, pero eso sería lo último que haría su piloto ya que el TBR se giró y lo demolió por completo. El Belphegor trató de hacer una Death From Above al No-Dachi desde la parte superior del container de gasolina, fallando en su intento al no calcular correctamente el movimiento de este. El No-Dachi trató de darle con la espada mientras pasaba pero sin mucha preocupación ya que su objetivo estaba al frente, el WHK.
They traded some blows, the PIR trying to get the side of the Timber Wolf and the othes hurting the No-Dachi while it advanced to use his Katana. The Timber Wolf got shot at but that would be the last action of the Piranha pilot since the TBR turner and just blow it out. The Belphegor tried to make a DFA to the No-Dachi from the gasoline container, failing at it since it didn't take into account the fast movement of the No-Dachi. The pilot tried to hit him with the Katana while passing but ignored it to get the objective on the front, the WHK.
El No-Dachi consiguió estrellarse con su carga contra el WHK, incluso le golpeó con su gigantesca arma y causó muchísimo daño pero quedó encerrado entre el WHK y el BLP y entre los dos lo convirtieron en unas ruinas candentes en la pradera. Lleno de odio el piloto del TBR abrió fuego sobreesforzando su mech, calentándolo en el proceso.
No-Dachi just crashed into the WHK, making it tremble and even got his giant weapon and making lots of armor fall off but it was trapped between the WHK and BLP and between both they converted it into smoldering ruins. Full of hatred the TBR pilot opened fire, over shooting and heating his mech a bit.
Mientras en el otro lado el LBK estaba siendo mareado por el LCT cuando este trataba de coger su espalda , el KGC acercándose poco a poco mientras. Una vez el LBK y KGC quedaron en rango se giró y se lanzó por el Warhawk.
Meanwhile on the other side the LBK was being toyed with by the LCT while it tried to get the back, KGC slowly getting closer. Once the LBK and KGC started fighting he turned to the Warhawk.
Entre el y el TBR lo rodearon por ambos lados, dejándolo encerrado entre dos edificios y lo finiquitaron rápidamente, cayendo como un edificio al suelo haciendo retemblar la llanura. El BLP siguió insistiendo en atacar con sus jumpjets pero volvió a fallar. Quizá las prohibiciones de usar el cuerpo a cuerpo estén impuestas por mas motivos que las costumbres.
Between him and the TBR got his front and back, leaving it between two buildings and made fast job of it, falling down like a giant building to the ground. The BLP tried again a DFA but failed again. Maybe the Clan forbids it for a reason.
El TBR le quedó poca opción; o bien perdía tiempo dando la vuelta y mientras recibía disparos, o avanzaba por los escombros con dificultad para ayudar a sus compañeros. Visto que el BLP no era el mas hábil, escogió lo segundo.
TBR's got little choice; either lose time turning while receiving fire or advance from the wreackages with difficulty to help his comrades. Seein the BLP pilot's skill, chose the former.
El Locust, al ver caer el WHK también se volvió para ayudar al KGC con el LBK. EL piloto del Linebacker vió su final próximo, su mech se calentaba debido al armamento del KGC y tenía tres oponentes delante, así que en su último suspiro trató de acabar con el KGC pero por desgracia no le dió tiempo.
When the Locust saw the WHK fall it also turned to help the KGC with the LBK. Linebacker's pilot saw his end near, mech overheating due to the KGC's weaponry and had three opponents in front so in his last breath tried to get the KGC but he couldn't.
Al ver esto Masahiro encendió el sistema de comunicación, y con voz clara y fuerte dijo:
Seeing this Masahiro turned on the comms system and with clear and strong voice said:
"Al habla Masahiro Izumi de la casa Kurita, del Regimiento Ghost, es el único que queda de su maldita estrella, por misericordia, algo que tus compadres del Smoke Jaguar no tuvieron en Luthien, le permitimos rendirse y salir con vida de este combate como nuestro prisionero y así apoyar al Dragón, ¿que decide?"
"Masahiro Izumi from House Kurita, Ghost Regiment's 9th talking, you're the last one from his damned star, as misericordy, something your Smoke Jaguar friends didn't have on Luthien, we give you the choice to surrender and leave alive thsi combat as our prisoner and help the Dragon, what do you decide?"
Al oir estas palabras, ver lo que había pasado y haber incumplido las reglas de combate, Aaron decidió aceptar ya que había ensuciado lo suficiente el nombre de su Clan. Tras un suspiro de alivio, el comandante Masahiro llamó a un equipo de evacuación y salvamento para recoger lo que se pudiera del campo de batalla y salvar si es posible a el piloto Heihiro.
Hearing this, seeing what happened and not respecting the rules of engagement, Aaron decided to surrender, he had tarnished his Clan's name enough. After a relief's sigh, Tai-Sa Masahiro called an evac team and a medic team, maybe to save poor Heihiro.
Otro día mas en la vida de combate en el pasillo de invasión, el alba llegando a su fin y dando paso a un nuevo futuro...
Another day in the life on a invasion corridor, the dawn coming to it's end and giving space to a new future...
