Hey gang, I'm back.
Hoy os traigo unas cuantas miniaturas, los mechs ya los tenía hace un par de semanas pero subirlos solos era poca cosa.
So today here's some miniatures, mechs were done about two weeks ago but to post them alone was too little.
Lo primero que voy poneros es un encargo que me hizo un amigo, un Nagash antiguo y una figurilla de esqueleto de Mantic:
First up a commision that a friend asked me, an old Nagash and a Mantic skeleton:
El Nagash me pidió que lo pintara igual que como la habían pintado en el pasado los de Workshop así que hice eso mismo salvo por un par de cambios como la espada y que las calaveras fueran mas oscuras en vez de parecer en fuego.
He asked me to paint Nagash as the old painjob from GW, so I did just that except for some slight changes on the sword and the skulls, wich are more dark instead of fire like.
Luego me pidió el esqueleto de la derecha. No me dijo nada específico así que lo pinté como si fuera un caballero caído, sin nada realmente único salvo las runas en la espada brillando y la piel ensangrentada del escudo. La pluma trate de ponerla algo llamativa.
He then asked for the skeleton on the right. Didn't tell me anything specific so I went for it as a fallen knight, with nothing special but the runes on the blade and the bloody skin on the shield. The feather is somewhat flashy but nothing special.
Ese mismo amigo me regalo una figura de Nazgûl del Señor de los Anillos, la que mas me gustaba (la del Rey).
He also gave me an old GW Nazgûl from Lord of the Rings, the one I liked the most (the King):
No me compliqué exageradamente pero probé algunas técnicas. Primero probé NMM en las espadas, en el oro de las empuñaduras y un metalizado azul en la hoja. La gema al principio era roja pero llama demasiado la atención así que lo cambié a púrpura.
I didn't went overboard but I tried some techniques. I first tried some NMM on the swords, gold on the guards and bluish metallic on the blade. The gem was red on the beggining but it was too bright so I went for purple.
También probé a hacer un negro mas azulado y menos, bueno, negro. Queda bastante bien y en los faldones abajo probé a hacer algo de tierra sucia.
I also went for a bluish black and less, well, black. Looks good and in the lower cape I tried to put dirt.

Last up three mechs:
De izquierda a derecha son un No-Dachi, un Atlas y un Shadowhawk. El No-Dachi fue creado a partir del cuerpo y piernas de un Warhammer, la cabeza de un Mobile Suit Sazabi, una katana gratuita de internet, brazos de Shadowhawk y un estandarte que hice rapido en Sketchup.
From left to right they are a No-Dachi, an Atlas and a Shadowhawk. No-Dachi was made from the body and legs of a Warhammer, the head from a Mobile Suit Sazabi, a free katana from the net, Shadowhawk arms and a banner I did on a jiffy on sketchup.
Es un modelo curioso e interesante, me gusta lo Kurita que se ve. Nada especial que decir, los pinté como el resto de mechs simplemente.
A curious and interesting model, I love how Kurita it looks. Nothing special, painted them like the others.
Espero que lo próximo sea otro reporte de batalla pero aun no tengo ni idea de que será, con suerte quizá sería un post con todo el terreno que he preparado para mis mechs.
I hope the next post is a battle report but I dunno what it'll be, maybe a terrain post with everything I did for the mechs.
