MOAR MECHS!

¡Hola chicos!

Hello guys!

Ya hasta voy tardando menos con las entradas ¿eh?

I'm even getting posts out faster, eh?

Hoy os traigo el resto de los mechs que quedaban por pintar.
Os las dejo aquí:

Today I bring you the rest of the mechs left for painting.
Here you got 'em:

Centurión:

Adder:

Timberwolf:

Y una de todos juntos:

And one of all together:

Me han quedado bastante bien la verdad, sobretodo el timby, que me quedo muy similar al del MWO.

The look right to me to be honest, the Timby specially, looks quite similar to mine in MWO.

Espero que os gusten como siempre y pronto llegara la review del edificio, lo que pasa es que me esta costando un poco pintarlo asi que bueno, toca esperar un poco.

I hope you like them as always and the building review will come soon, thing is that I'm having some problems painting it so yeah, wait a bit.

¡Un saludo y hasta la próxima!

Greetings and until the next time!

Peace out.

  1. Some amasing stuff i see here! May i ask, if models you use are publically available, or you just use the ones from MWO game?

    1. Hey thanks! I've got better mechs in more recent post. Sadly no, they are not publically available (Im tied by the same rules as other MWO model makers) and I do not intend on selling them but I just use the system from the forums to extract the models, pose them in Blender and correct any part non printable by Shapeways via Sketchup. Not that hard, it's easy to learn some basic skills to print them in acceptable quality. Still expensive but they look amazing.

Thanks for the comment, more BT stuff coming soon :D

    3. The hardest part really is to extract them, to work in blender and put them in the static pose you almost dont need to know anything (just deleting the weapons you dont want in it) and then is just converting and printing in Shapeways, if it gives errors just look what they are (Shapeways has tools for that) and in Sketchup you can do basic things like extend parts or delete parts so. You need maybe a month or so of practice to understand it but it is rewarding!

      Here's PGI's post: http://mwomercs.com/forums/topic/85411-how-to-create-your-own-art-using-pgis-mechs/

Thanks, Ill check your blog too for BT stuff, I love seeing other's work :D
