Aunque no lo parezca aun sigo vivo aunque no ponga posts pero la verdad apenas hago cosas últimamente pero bueno voy poner lo poco que hice y que hay planeado.
Even though it doesn't look like it I'm still alive although I don't post but sadly I don't make as many things lately but I'll post what little I've done.
Lo primero por fin tengo un tablero temporal hecho con ideas propias y lo digo porque mire, solo encontré un post en un foro perdido de la mano de la creación y solo hablaban del concepto pero nadie lo hizo, no entiendo porqué.
First up I got a temporary tabletop with a system thought by myself and I say that because I looked online and only one post lost in the depths of the webs had something like it and they only talked about it, they didn't do it I dunno why.
En fin lo que hice fue coger los típicos puzles que se les pone a los bebés con números y letras. Son de goma y encajan entre sí con lo cual se puede montar y desmontar (y lo mas importante, se puede variar el tamaño en incrementos de 30cm).
What I did was get those puzzles the babies have with numbers and letters. They're made of foam and they can be arranged in squares or rectangles and the size can be upgraded in 30cm increments.
Ahí solo están cuatro de las nueve piezas pero como veis se hace un tablero competente y bonito (y que se puede guardar).
In the pics there are only four of the nine pieces but as you can see you can make a competent and good looking tabletop (and it can be storaged).
Aun no está cien por cien terminado (como veis por debajo esta sin pintar y los bordes igual) pero al no estarlo se puede ver el concepto y como funciona bien (aunque no es muy difícil de entender).
It's not fully finished as you can see (the borders and underside are unpainted) but you can see the concept and how it works better this way (although it's not hard to understand).
Aparte de tablero hice algo de escenografía para acompañarlo como no y hice como siempre una colina pero esta vez usé corteza de árbol para hacer las zonas rocas con lo cuál quedó mucho mejor:
Besides the tabletop I made some scenery to acompany it and as always the first is a hill but this time I used tree bark to make the rocky sides getting a better look this way:
Debe de ser la colina mas real que he hecho hasta la fecha y la verdad fue divertido hacerla.
It's the most realistic hill I've made up to now and It was really fun to make.
Por último pongo una mini de 15mm que pinté. Ando a pintarlas y cambiarles la base para probar Avatars of War Deathmatch con un amigo (aunque primero lo probaremos en 28mm) es un juego con sistemas bastante curiosos y bien hecho una pena que la empresa ahora mismo dejó de soportarlo hasta que salga la versión 3.0. En fin, os lo dejo ahí:
Lastly a 15mm mini I painted. I'm painting them and rebasing them to try Avatars of War Deathmatch with a friend (although we might try it first in 28mm) it's a game with an interesting system and very well done a shame the company it's not supporting it until the 3.0 version comes out.
Creo que me quedó bastante bien la verdad y tiene una ropa de color mas lógico (eso de que los asesinos van de negro... es tan absurdo). Le puse ropa marrón pensando que podría ser cuero y capa gris, ademas de darle mas personalidad le da una variación de color que queda mucho mas estética que un personaje totalmente vestido de negro.
I think it looks great and it has a more logic clothes coloring (full black assasins are a stupid thought). He has brown clothes because he might be using leather armor and a gray cloak wich besides giving him more personality gives him a much more pleasing aesthetic.
En fin, eso es todo por hoy, se que es poco pero últimamente hago pocas cosas, a ver si puedo hacer un reporte cuando pruebe AoW y pronto imprimiré algunas miniaturas a ver si os gustan.
